What we do
Your Maintenance may include:
- Inspect and adjust equipment operation and performance
- Adjust controls and system for optimum efficiency and money savings
- Check every electrical connection for wear and safety
- Check proper equipment amperage draw and adjust if required
- Provide, install or clean all filters
- Check for proper temperature differential across system
- Lubricate parts and bearings as needed
- Check alignment and proper tension of belts / pulleys and adjust as needed
- Visual test of refrigerant levels for proper charge
- Visual inspection of refrigerant leakage near critical components
- Clean condenser coils to maintain performance
- Inspect and maintain condensate drain pans and drain pipes from restrictions and algae build-up
- Inspect and adjust pilot flame and burners for safe, clean, proper combustion
- Full visual camera inspection of main furnace heat exchanger for any cracks or breaches
- Service your electronic air cleaner
- Answer any questions on equipment or system operation, including thermostat advanced operations
- Clean blower wheel and motor from dust and debris build-up which can help increase system performance and lower bills
- Check all screws and assemblies for tightness
- Visual inspection of TXV refrigerant control device working properly
- Inspect system for any occurences of mold
- Test all limit and safety switches
- Always notify customer of any repairs, improvements or safety issues on their equipment
